R46 where you will find this spectacular, spacious four-bedroom villa,
the perfect spot to unplug and break away from everyday life. This
lovely villa is the ideal getaway for families or a group of friends,
comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.

The sizeable kitchen is accessible via a country-style wooden Dutch
door. Complete with ample storage and counter space, this is truly the
kitchen of your dreams. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything
from a dishwasher and washing machine, for your convenience, to all the
basic necessities and overlooks the cosy lounge area, spacious and
comfortable, equipped with a flat-screen television. The villa's
vibrant décor is designed to lift anyone's spirits and is the ideal
place to unwind.

This charming country-style home features four spacious bedrooms to
ensure your comfort. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and
an en-suite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms share a
bathroom. At the far end of the villa, you'll find the fourth bedroom,
which also has its own bathroom. The villa is equipped with three
modern bathrooms in total, two of which have bathtubs, and all include
a shower and toilet

This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 41 Church Rd Riebeeck Kasteel, Cape Town. 7307.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
