We picked this location to be convenient to the train into Manhatten. Our room was not serviced when they said it would be. We had to call to get fresh towels. There was access to a laundry room, but the dryer door latch was broken and the door had to be propped shut with a chair. No microwave in room, it was by the ice machine.
We found an alternate hotel with better accommodations at a lower price.

Beautiful property to stay at the staff was very kind and the place was clean. Even though the power went out on our stay, I wish I got the girls name at the front desk at the time, but she was very kind and helpful. Plus the power being out on Halloween night so kind of made it a spooky vibe which I loved lol
