You get exactly what you expect for the price. No amenities, basically a room with a bed and a locked door. Staff was polite. Towels were minimal and looked old.

The room was not adequately supplied/equipped with towels and tissue. I had only 3 bath towels. No hand towels and wash towels. An empty tissue box was left in the tissue bin and no replacement. The room was dark due to no lamp in the middle of the two beds.
The AC was not working properly. The a/c made too much noise (loud) when turned on. A/C was not cold although I kept it on the lowest number during the day.
Breakfast food could have been better and more preference. Oatmeal would have been a nice morning meal instead of bread and packaged muffins and donuts. What is the reason for having cream cheese when there were no bagels to toast???
At check out, your front desk staff did not say thank you and or ask how our stay was! And he seems irritated that I asked for a receipt. Need to improve on customer service.
