A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Resort check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Wilderness Club at Big Cedar is Branson Airport (BKG) which is 9 miles by car respectively.

Everything was clean, our rooms were ready when we got there at 4:00, and we had no problems with AC, water, kitchen appliances; everything was very good!

Great Fall Getaway

Very comfortable, rustic accommodations. Enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning watching deer, squirrels, a hawk, and even a skunk! Hoping for more return visits.

Loved this place and it’s proximity to the Big Cedar amenities. Place looks just like the photos and was very clean. Emailed property manager a few weeks before and was given a prompt response. Will book, again!

Easy process and great property

Renting this property was an easy process. We've always wanted to try staying at Big Cedar and we loved the layout of the Wilderness Club. The fireplace was extremely easy to use. The shuttles around the property were a nice perk. Everything was clean when we arrived and we loved the cookies each day!

Always Have Fun at Big Cedar

We always enjoy our time at Big Cedar. The property offers so many amenities. During this trip we enjoyed the multiple pools, lazy river, water slide, mini golf, a free movie on the lawn, paddle boats, and Fun Mountain bowling. Check-in was delayed over an hour (first time this has ever happened in all our stays). Otherwise, the trip was great! We will be back!

Property could use some updating- dated stall shower and jacuzzi tub. Not as close to Big Cedar amenities such as the lake and restaurants as hoped. Needed to drive more than anticipated. Ground floor with limited view made the condo seem dark inside. Based on the price, our expectations were higher.

Awful property management!!!

I called the property two days before we were scheduled to come to request that my unit be near the units of my other family members. Thank God I called because they informed me that the property management company had listed us as arriving on the ninth and leaving on the 11th. The reservation and confirmation that I made were for the seventh to the 11th. The property management company didn’t do anything to help us out for this huge inconvenience. We had to scramble and spend an entire day finding someplace else to stay for the seventh and the eighth because of this.

Love big cedar, not the booking agency

We have stayed at the Wilderness Club many times, and chose to book a suite through VRBO for an anniversary trip. We booked and paid for a suit with fireplace and jacuzzi, but the VRBO agent had actually booked us a studio (basic single room, no fireplace, no jacuzzi)… we could have booked at Big Cedar proper for the same price for the room we got. Being that we booked through VRBO, the wilderness club wasn’t able or willing to fix our reservation. Tried reaching out to the booking agent and didn’t get a response until late that evening, Sven when they did finally respond to our texts, they did nothing to address the situation. I would not recommend booking through these guys.

Go to Big Cedar, but Don’t Use Christian

We won’t be using Christian or any of his listings again. Big Cedar and Branson are definitely worth booking directly. Christian uses a third party that was not helpful or honest and was the worst VRBO communication experience we’ve had after 10’years using VRBO. They screwed up our reservation, and didn’t catch the mistake (we had to find out on our own we were getting kicked out a day earlier than we paid). Christian’s team did nothing to fix the mistake (we had to work directly with a manager onsite at Big Wilderness across three days to get our final day we paid for figured out). Even after speaking with Jamal in their 3rd party management, he never got back to me after saying he would call me back to make it right. This group ghosted me after and just kept saying Christian wasn’t available, they were sorry, and any stay more than 4 nights had the potential to get moved suddenly without warning “for cleaning”. They had multiple chances to make it right, and did nothing. DO NOT USE CHRISTIAN. Big Cedar is amazing and Lisa Shelton at Big Wilderness definitely helped us. Book directly

Property was great, host was less than

This property is great, we have stayed here many times and love to visit Wilderness Club at Bid Cedar. There is always lots to do and our kids really enjoy the variety. The issue we had was with the host group; they were not very communicable and failed to resolve issues when they arose. We will definitely go back to Big Cedar but not through Christian RRP group.

Vacation cut short
