HOUSE RULES:
* No Parties or Events Allowed.
* No Pets Allowed.
* No Illegal Activities on Premise Allowed.
* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free, and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
* Please remove your shoes when inside our home.
* Please be extra careful and cautious in the carpet areas.
* Please do not move or rearrange any furniture or anything in the house.
* No Smoking Inside the Home: A $200/day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest(s) check out.
* Please Check Out on Time. Guests who do not check out on time will incur a fee of $50 every 30 minutes past check out time.
* Guest agrees to pay for damages exceeding the deposit. Any damages to the property or furnishings which exceeds the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to VRBO.
* No Eating in Bedrooms.
* Please do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
* Honor Noise Rules: We want all of our guests to be respectful of neighbors and shall keep noise level to a minimum. Quite time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Any disturbance triggering a visit by owner and /or police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of the stay and immediate vacate the property without any refund.
* Please wash the dishes, utensils, pots, pans and cups that you use.
* Do not remove any items from the house.
* Leave the house clean and in the same condition as your arrival.
* Additional cleaning is an extra charge. At the sole discretion of the host, an additional cleaning fee of $100 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
* Tuesday (trash) & Friday (trash and recycled) morning are trash pick up day.
