The overall condition of the property and furniture was verry good. However our room had bugs crawling throughout the room. We complained and supposedly an expert was going to come and spray. This never occurred.as we continued to see the bugs for the 4 days we were there. For this reason we rated the facility poor. No one want pest crawling in their room.

The hotel facility is very nice and comfortable. The weekend we stayed there, however, the hotel restaurant was very understaffed and wait times were long.

Room was fine. We called for room service and it took an hour to get someone on the phone. When we finally ordered it took 1.5 hours to get the food. Food came up cold. Staff was friendly but they needed help. There was not enough people working to take care of the guests.

The hotel was clean and very peaceful. My stay was very relaxing. The only thing I felt that needed improvement was the breakfast options. There were no alternatives offered for people who don't eat pork products. I just settled for the bottled water and juice. If i had known that this would have been the case, i wouldnt have purchased the breakfast option.

We enjoyed our stay in general, room was clean and comfortable. Desk staff were very wonderful and friendly. Not so sure I would get lounge service again, the breakfast was just ok, evening appetizers were not wonderful, apparently these are not offered over the weekends, we could see why when guest would come in with bags and take all the snacks and drinks. Very close to attractions we were going to, and our floor at least was very quiet.

The stay was good. The only issue i had was that on Saturday i went to the fron desk to request more towels. Noone ever came to bring towels so i had to find housekeeping on my own to get towels.

1st of all I was celebrating my anniversary with my wife but soon find out that the room was not worth the money my wife went to take a shower and the shower head was broken and the tub was dirty and we had to clean it out.The shower didn’t drain I told the front desk and they told me the would send someone up the next day so when we went out for the day I stop by desk and ask to take care of needles to say it wasn’t fixed just a all around horrible experience

Nice Hotel.
Hotel lobby was great and nice looking. Room was spacious and midern. Ice nachine didnt work on 4th floor and had a prepaid breakfast but couldnt take advantage because of delay of aervice and had a flight to catch.

The visit prior me and my family had to wait over an hour before check in. This last visit the shower was clogged so much that I was standing in water which was over my ankle in the shower. After I told the front desk lady who was checking me out she assumed I wanted a receipt and immediately told me she couldn’t supply one. This was only because a family member had just asked her for one prior. She claimed that she couldn’t supply one to my family however we’ve been staying at the same hotel each time we visit which has been for 4 years. This is the first time my family member was told no receipt was available and the front desk lady tried to argue about it.
