Birthday weekend

Everything was amazing! The house was beautifully done and clean. And well equipped for our needs. I would recommend anyone come and stay! We’ll be back again!

Hidden Gem in the Neighborhood

I had a relaxing time. Highly recommend! The inside and outside make for a beautiful, relaxing, getaway! The host was quick to respond with any questions you may have.

Weekend relaxation

We were comfortable and every thing was as advertised. We had a hard time finding a place that had 4 bedrooms and was comfortable for everyone. This place met our needs and requests were met in a timely manner with useful information.

Very Nice Property

A very nicely decorated home with lots of room and necessities. We especially liked the Keurig Pods being provided. The front porch was very roomy with lots of sitting areas for the family. The back yard and deck area including the fire pit were amazing. We would definitely look to rent this house again if we return to the Richmond area. The owner was very attentive to questions and requests.

Quick Stop in RIchmond Area

The homeowner was very responsive and made every attempt to ensure the stay was great. The house was adequate for our stay, but surrounding areas was not great. There are 4 bedrooms that have additional sleep areas for small children. There is 1 common full bathroom and 1 full bathroom inside the primary bedroom, which can be challenging if you have several adults needing showers. The living room is nicely done but cannot provide seating for a house full of guests. The backyard is very nicely done and would be great providing the weather was accommodating. Depending on your needs and budget, this home could be good for your trip, but you have to decide what exactly you are looking for in a rental. While it did not have a dishwasher, it did have all the essentials for our stay, it is not overly luxurious but was priced fair for what we needed. Again, the homeowner was tremendous to work with.

Cozy Home with Convenient Location

We had a pleasant stay at this cozy and beautifully decorated home! It was easy to find, and we loved the inviting front porch and the spacious backyard patio—both were perfect spots to relax. The location was very convenient, with restaurants and stores nearby, making it easy to explore the area. While there were many positives, there were a couple of things that could have been better. The listing mentioned four “double bed sofas,” but they turned out to be futons that were better suited for a child or a smaller individual. Unfortunately, some members of our group couldn’t fully stretch out on them, which made sleeping less comfortable than expected. We also wished the hot tub had been working, especially after running the Richmond Marathon—it would have been such a great way to unwind! Overall, the house had a lot of charm, and we appreciated the effort put into making it a cozy and welcoming space. With a few small adjustments, it would be an absolutely perfect getaway!

Lovely home with adequate space for all

This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!
