"Room was not cleaned to proper conditions, bed sheets were soiled and room still had trash bins full. Bathroom was not cleaned and when brought to the attention of staff they were not customer friendly. It was a struggle and professionalism was below standard. Do not recommend staying at this location. "

"Our room was adequate. The heating unit worked very well and relatively quietly. The flooring was in disrepair with several boards loose and chipped. The water temperature for showering was only lukewarm. The bathroom sink stopper did not work, There was no hair dryer. The breakfast was disappointing. It closed at 9:30, and we arrived at 8:45. Two of the main items were no longer available [sausage and biscuits]. There was much trash along the parking lot curbs. Based on our stay, the Hotels.com rating is too high."

"Very slow internet, no gym, no towels at pool, bathroom floor was dirty. Women working at desk were completely uninterested. One was on her phone the entire time. Customer service was not their focus."
