Great location

My family came to visit my son and attend the Riverrock Festival. The house was a perfect location for everything. We could easily walk to the festival and it was close to downtown. The backyard was great for our dog, too. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great location and plenty of space

We were attending events in downtown Richmond and this was a great location. Plenty of room to work and hang out. Good coffee shop two blocks away. Owner is very responsive.

Gem minutes from downtown Richmond

Roomy, pet friendly, safe neighborhood and just three minutes to downtown by car. Helpful owner.was so nice to be able to find a nice spot that takes dogs!

Great time!

My whole family loved our stay here. The house was perfect for family of four and our dog. My husband and I were able to walk the dog to get coffee and to a local brewery. The whole family was able to take a beautiful walk to the James river. Everything was perfect and we hope to come back again.

Family trip

The condo and location were great for a family trip. We were able to go hiking by the river and to Belle Isle very easily and also to make trips out of the city because parking was so easy. Very nice set up for a family, and appreciated that we could bring our dogs. I would definitely recommend it!
