Loft 1700A two blocks from Bart and Amtrek

  • Modern one bedroom + Loft, located halfway between San Francisco and Napa Valley. Two blocks to Bart station. It is about 30 mins Bart ride to downtown San Francisco. Short distance to Kaiser. Free parking on the street ( just don't park in the red zone in front of fire hydra) High-speed internet with wifi 100 MBs.
    The space
    One bedroom + Loft, located halfway between San Francisco with a full kitchen, full bath, and laundry in the unit. It has a queen-size bed (sleep 2) in the bedroom and a full-size bunk bed (sleep 4) in the loft. A futon in the living room newly renovated loft.

    Will send the passcode to you before check-in time.
    Other things to note
    The unit is part of a fourplex. Please respect other neighbors. There are three trash bins on site. The green bin is for composing only ( anything that you can eat or plants) The blue bin is for recycle material ( bottle, cans, paper, and metal ) The brown one is for trash (Everything else that doesn't go to another two bins) Please respect the environment and sort your trash correctly. Thank you for saving mother earth.
