I was relocated from expedia to this hotel after being put in a hotel infested with roaches. This hotel has 3 buildings. Seem as if this is being updated. I was put in the 3rd building out back. Still under construction. Can't believe they allowed me to stay here. Caution tape still all over the place, tvs lined the hallways that were for unfinished rooms. My room was partically finished. Paint all in the sink, friday was gross. All dust and wall switch plates on top of it. Ceilings all apart and all over floor outside my door. Construction crew seem to be living in a few rooms. Felt very unsafe. This will be new once completed. This was king Arthur's inn and being renovated

Decent room for the price. Clean but obviously old, tv had lines but Im not here for tv so no biggie. Bathroom-toilet seat was LOOSE, glad lid was down before I sat & slid off, bathtub is SLIPPERY, a fall & lawsuit waiting to happen, BUT they have the curved currain rod ao kidos for that! I dont think the exterior door, the BACK door, latched properly at all, so safety issue there too.

I thought there were recent upgrades made to this property. However, it is the worst facility I have ever spent the night I’m during the past 30 years. The same was absolutely horrible, the A/C did not work. The telephone nor the television worked at all. The location is convenient. I do believe a refund is in order for this experience. The property is a bit dated but it was very clean and quiet. Room was spacious. I had trouble with the toilet in my room and maintenance came to fix it immediately. Would stay here again.

My Stay for 2 Nights at the Knights Inn in Richmon
The Outside of this Hotel is Very Nice. I stayed in the Smoking Building. Our Room was Clean, but Needed New Curtains to Window. The Bathroom Shower Curtain was old, and Bad, needed Replacement. The Continental Breakfast was poor.

We spent a grand total of 36 minutes (from check in to check out) and had to leave. I asked for a full refund and was refused. If I was given it, I wouldnt have bothered with the review. But at this point people need to know this hotel is awful. You can be a budget hotel, but still provide your customers a clean room. Instead we got stained sheets, throw up on walls, hairs in the sheets and on the dryer, etc. I have pictures to prove it all. A full refund should have been issued. Provide budget services, not sub par practices.

The Beds were like rocks and pillows like paper. The room was non smoking but smelt of heavy cigarette smoke and the hallways smelt of weed the bathroom was clean but the room itself was not so much. The electrical outlets were missing face plates and tv only had 3 channels along with very poor Wi-Fi or at times there was none all. 6 a.m. breakfast had the option of cheerios or cheerios.

I paid $100 for this filthy room. Toilet did not work went to front desk to let them know and response was open the top of toilet and flush with my hand (nasty). I complained about suggestions and then a main came to room to fix.

Booked a month and a half in advance. Got there and they tell me they have no rooms avaliable. After arguing with front desk for about 20 minutes about my reservation a room suddely came up. I paid for a double.. the room was a king. Writing on the walls, carpet not cleaned nor vacuumed. No TV, no lights. Stains on the sheets. No blankets and two basic ass pillows. Smell was horrible. The only good thing besides it was something for us to use to sleep and not the H2, was checking out after two nights.
