"The hotel was super nice. My room was very neat and clean. The staff were nice, friendly and professional. I don't eat breakfast too often; therefore, I didn't have breakfast during my stay."

"Unique little inn with spacious rooms. It was a breath of fresh air to NOT stay in a chain hotel. The room was clean and quiet. the staff was courteous and helpful with walking distance restaurant recommendations. We had a wonderful dinner at Lillie Pearl. Surprised by the great breakfast and excellent coffee the next morning at hotel's on site cafe. The only negative was we got a $30 parking ticket at the nearby garage we were advised to park at. The machine that distributes tickets was broken and we listened to a local who did it was ok to park there without paying. My bad. I would stay him at London Row"

It’s extremely walkable, making it easy to get to restaurants, cafes, and downtown attractions without needing to fuss with parking or rideshares. If you like exploring a city on foot, this is an ideal home base. Service is mostly good, with one caveat: it can be slow at times, especially during busier moments. That said, staff are generally responsive once you connect with them, and they’re helpful and professional when you need something. Overall, it’s an enjoyable, comfortable stay in a prime Richmond location—and one I’d be happy to recommend, especially for anyone who values walkability and a higher-comfort hotel experience."
