Summary:
Welcome to Mei`s place

This is truly a perfect place for leisure or business travel. Previous guests have reserved the my place for romantic getaways, conference or convention attendance (super close to the convention center), surprise birthday or anniversary getaway, Girls Night getaway, live concerts or theater shows, brewery tours, restaurants and cool attractions, Parents Weekend at one of the many close by universities, graduations, weddings…you name it!

The Space:
Peaceful guest suite has 1.5 bath

Parking situation: large parking lot behind the house accessed via alleyway. There is also free street parking. Minutes from everything.

This apartment is fully furnished and cozy. It has a very comfortable queen size bed, spacious shower, Roku TV, a lot of natural lighting, high speed Wi-Fi access.

we have also provided a fan and a heater for comfort.

Full kitchen: includes refrigerator, sink, skillet, pot, electric stove, kettle coffee maker w/coffee and all necessary serve ware.

Guest Access:
This apartment is on the 2nd floor left . There are also shared spaces you can enjoyed (front porch ,backyard ,laundry room in the basement ) .

Other Things to Note:
As for smoking, it is not allowed inside of apartment or building , but feel free to do so on the porch and use the provided ashtray for disposing of the waste.
If you're traveling for business and need a regular place from which to come and go, let me know. Longer-term stays come with a discount and weekly cleaning can be added. Let me know what you are looking for and we can work out the details.

Payments will be collected by RVA Homestays using Stripe. The payment schedule is as follows:

1. The first payment of 50% of the whole amount is at the time of 14 days before check in.

2. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the check in date.

3. Payments for bookings confirmed within 5 days of check in will be charged in full at time of booking.

4. A temporary authorization will be made at time of booking. This will be released 7 days after check out.

Great place to stay. We parked our car and walked to the Art Museum, Cary Town, Restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The apt. was great, suitably furnished, clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location. Will definitely stay again.

Great location! The place was exactly as described and pictured. The host made themselves readily available for any issues, but the place was perfect so I had no need to take them up on their offer.

Really solid apartment with about everything you need. Nothing is luxurious but it is super comfortable, thoughtfully outfitted, and in the middle of everything.

The apartment is comparable in size to a large hotel room, with a single bedroom, 1.5 baths, and a kitchenette. Everything was as advertised. The location was perfect, within walking distance to several museums.

Great Apartment Stay

Eric and Mei go to great lengths to make the stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I felt like I had my own apartment and totally got the Richmond experience. The king size bed is gigantic and very comfortable. The location is also terrific and parking in the back is a big plus. I look forward to staying with them again.

Fantastic Getaway stay

Communication was wonderful! Responded right away to any questions/concerns we had. Size was exactly what we needed. We utilized the kitchen and washer/dryer! The apartment was clean. Bathrooms even had make-up wipes and cotton balls for use! Location was safe with parking. Very cute! We will definitely stay again!

Nice visit to Fan District in Richmond

We loved our stay in this historic house in a beautiful neighbourhood. Our new favorite restaurant, Gersi, is located 1 block away. The owners of the house are very responsive and helpful. We only stayed one night but will we already have plans to return. Thank you!

Weekend in the Fan District

This is a great location with off-street parking. It had a comfy, but firm bed. The little extras were very thoughtful. We didn't love not being able to adjust room temperature but we got used to it.

Good Overall

Our check in and out process went smoothly. The property is in an older building and the condo needs some work. The table was sticky and the coffee machine made inedible coffee. It was a nice place overall for what we needed.

Nice Apartment

Over all nice apartment everything according to what was online was present. The only down fall was not having a Tv in The bedroom( But that was my Favorite thing). Very well keep which is a Pet peeve of mine. So Kudos to the Cleaning Staff
