Wonderful downtown Richmond Duplex
The property was perfect for 2 families. The space was just as advertised. It was beautifully appointed and in great shape and had everything we could need. The service from the host was exceptional. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Perfect Stay!
This was the absolute perfect spot for our group of 5! The property was incredibly clean and offered the perfect layout for us as well as two off street parking spots. The host was super communicative and friendly but certainly never all over us about anything at all. We were able to get food delivered easily and Uber/Lyfts were readily available. There are a large number of restaurants that are easy to get to though we never walked. You’ll catch a little highway noise from the front upstairs bedroom but we travel with a white noise maker so it was never an issue. Thanks for having us!

My family and I stayed for Thanksgiving 2025 and the house was amazing! Extremely clean, loved the open kitchen floor plan and loved the central location in the city. The host was very responsive and even allowed an early check in which was very helpful so my family and I could start cooking on Wednesday. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again when I’m in the Richmond area.

Nice and clean rental, doesn’t disappoint!
The house was very, very nice. The description of house, amenities, and pictures are very accurately. The rental was very clean and we didn’t want for anything. The property POC provided the ultimate in customer service and was available if needed. Their communication was on point and they were quick to respond. We were in town to celebrate a bird that and attend an event close to VCU. The rental was close to VCU and downtown. This is a lovely home and would definitely recommend to others and rent again!
