Great location and property had all we needed

This property was exactly what our family needed: four bedrooms each with "hanging out" and eating space. The home was beautifully decorated with plenty of cozy spaces and wonderful access to downtown Richmond restaurants and theaters and oarks.out

Nice house close to downtown.

Good proximity to downtown and parking was readily available. House was well supplied. We had one issue with the upstairs AC upon arrival but the hosts were responsive and got maintenance out the very next day. Hosts were accommodating. Very pleasant stay for our business/ pleasure trip. Our 6yo loved the “circle stairs”.

Convenient Stay for Conferences

Our recent stay at this VRBO in Richmond was convenient and comfortable for our conference trip. The location's walking distance to the convention center was a major plus, and the property itself was spacious and clean. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, and parking was always available right out front. However, one bedroom lacked proper blinds and faced a neighboring house's window, impacting privacy. Additionally, while the area seemed safe, it lacked amenities and vibrancy, raising slight concerns about nighttime safety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

Great location to enjoy Richmond from

Home was spotless. Each of the three couples had their own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen well equipped. Nice areas to hang out and eat meals. We were issued parking passes as promised however discovered they were expired after being ticketed. The property manager has already reimbursed us for this. Excellent care taken to correct this. Would recommend this for a conveniently located home in an unpretentious historical neighborhood.

We had a great weekend stay. Check-in was super easy and parking was no problem. The house was comfortable and in a really cute neighborhood. Broad St, coffee shops and GWARbar right nearby!

The house was generally fairly clean, we had to handwash all the dishes before we used them. However, when we pulled out the trundle bed there was mouse poop on it. We were in town to run different races including the Richmond marathon. When we returned to the house after the races there was a stale smell and the basement was full of water. There was no hot water (the water heater broke). The host did not send someone that day so we had no hot water for over half of our stay. The host has not offered to make the situation right and even asked us to let the plumber in (by that time we had left because there was no hot water).

Wedding weekend

Enjoyed the home, it has a lot of character. The only thing not explained well is that the room with two twin beds is actually a twin bed with a pull out trundle bed, but the room is too small to pull the trundle all the way out. They did have wi-fi but it did not work upstairs in the bedroom with the king size bed. All in all we had a wonderful weekend.

Ok stay

The place had lots of room for our group of 8 for 6 days.Wasn't stocked with toilet paper. Dead batteries in the remotes. One small bath towel per person. Not really a place in for soap or shampoo in showers which caused water on floors. Highly recommend staying at the place for a week to get a feel as a guess at your property.

A wonderful home in Richmond for our thanksgiving family get together

The house was just as advertised. The 8 of us had a great time in the Richmond area. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and had all of the amenities to make this s wonderful stay. Would certainly stay at this home again and would recommend this home for family groups.

Well equipped property for a group stay

This property has everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Large and well equipped, our whole group was extremely happy and comfortable. Everything we could want from kitchen supplies to bath soap and shampoo is ready for you at the home. Centrally located in Richmond, it’s a short drive to just about anywhere you would need. Parking is along the street but we never struggled to find a space for either of the cars we had with us despite coming and going multiple times. Great property, would happily stay again!
