YMCA, library, & parks with in walking distance. 1.3 miles from Randolph Macom College, 9 miles from King dominion, 14 miles to Richmond Raceway, multiple restaurants, coffee shops, sports bars, and stores with-in 3 miles. This home is located in a quiet & safe family neighborhood. We needed a place for the week as close as possible to Randolph Macon college, this was the most perfect, cozy home. We enjoyed our stay there. House was perfect size, nice and cool during the hot summer week. The house was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone anytime. Our host Heather was very responsive and helped set up everything that was needed.

I was stressed that I did not have entrance code until a few minutes before I arrived. Our friends arrived before us and had to wait to get in as I couldn't send them the code!Send or listing door locking (from outside) information would have been helpful rather than trial and error.

This home was lovely and perfect for our family to stay in after a day at Kings Dominion. Everything was very clean and there were even snacks if we needed. The manager was very communicative. Highly recommend.

Family visit

We were in the area for a graduation and birthday. The property was just what we were looking for. A very quiet neighborhood, located near shopping and a 15 minute drive to our son. The home was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and my questions to the manager were answered in a timely manner. Highly recommend this place.
