They’re in desperate need of a remodel and it seems they are getting one soon. In the meantime it really worn and my bed had massive indents in mattress that were very uncomfortable

It's expensive, $300.00 for one night if you include tax, which is what you'd normally pay for a much better hotel. They do surge pricing though so maybe you'll be lucky. Reliable place, friendly staff.

The hotel is in a great area BUT the hotel is extremely dirty, my room had black mold in the corners above the sink and the entry door and there was a constant order of mold / mildew in the room and the hallways.

We enjoyed our quick stopover. This is a convenient easy access location for travellers. The gentleman that checked us in on Feb 24 was so kind, helpful and attentive - I wish I knew his name to thank him personally. Limited amenities

Our softball team stayed there not only bc of what was around the hotel, but the website stated and showed pictures of a pool. (Website said wheelchair-accessible pool and showed a picture). We would not have stayed there with a bunch of kids if the website was accurate. It is more for adults.

New Years Visit to Richmond
Located near shopping, restaurants, and the interstate. Very comfortable bed. Floor in the bathroom was a little beat up and one window shade was having issues. Free water, coffee, and tea 24 hours a day! Very nice staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The Staff and service was very friendly and the parking garage made it very nice. There were bars and restaurants located in at same building other in walking distance very convenient.

The staff was absolutely 5 stars!! However, I was very underwhelmed with the room interior design. The “modern” interior design vibe has come to an end. The HVAC was loud. The layout was somewhat odd as well as the design. I’m not sure who could or would stay for more than a night. I guess these are first world problem's.

My overall stay was great. Very easy check in with friendly staff members. The room was cleaned well. I enjoyed the quietness in my room. There were also no loud noises which was a plus!

The property was very nice and our stay was pleasant. We only have two minor gripes. 1) The pool area is shaded for most of the day and it rarely gets warm there. Because of this, the pool was always freezing. 2) The water pressure in the shower was incredibly low, which made it tough to enjoy a shower after a long day.
