Manager operator was very nice and accommodating. She always asked for feedback. Set in a very busy street so road noise was not great. I recommended additional seals on the ranch slider doors as, when locked, it had a gap of about 5mm which would allow for more noise. Space was tidy. Heatpump/aircon in good working order. Bed was too hard for me & my daughter. Close proximity to Hamilton CBD. Plenty of parking. Kitchen pots and pans had protective coating scraped off. No sharp nor cerated knives to slice fresh bread nor tomatoes etc. Suited us for our needs at the time. Don’t expect anything flash.

The lake is right across the road from the residency. The house itself is neat and clean. There is also a well equipped kitchen. We were traveling in a group of six and we like to cook so it is perfect for us.
The location is great. It's a pity that we didn't really have time to walk around but we did manage to take a walk along the walkway around the lake.
