Great Team Place

Perfect space for our competition team families to stay! The rooms were perfect for the different families and the game room amazing for the kids esp the ones not competing. Clean and had everything we needed! Great location! Hopefully we’ll stay here again for the tournament next year!

Great place for large families

We had our kids and parents with us for a long weekend in Richland. The property was comfortable and centrally located to everything we were there to do. Communication with the owner was fantastic and check in/out was very easy.

Tennis tournament stay

Our tennis team stayed in this house and it worked very well. We all go our own room, we had plenty of space and a nice gathering area. Super close to the tennis facility and lovely restaurants.

Family Celebration of Life

This property accommodated our various family members of 8 people. Each of us appreciated the privacy provided by the separate bedrooms and the 21/2 bathrooms. It was just perfect for each of us.

House was clean, good parking, nice neighborhood, owners were very accommodating and welcoming. The only minor issue was there was no locks on bedroom doors.

HUGE house with great backyard.Great AC unit, kept us all cool.Could use some blackout curtains in the bedrooms. There are only white blinds and it’s incredibly hard to sleep past sunrise (which we love to do on vacation).Also no recycling option.The recycling bin was full of maggots so we brought ours to a local friend’s house.We LOVED the backyard space which easily accommodated our large group.My kids loved the snack basket.Overall great stay!

We had a great stay!! The owner/manager was so quick to respond and so helpful. That really helped to make our trip so stress-free!We found the house to be clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Plenty of places to sit. The ping-pong and other games were used frequently, and the backyard is very large and private! The house was full of beds! We had two families staying together, each with 4 kids. With so many rooms and so many places to put people, we fit very comfortably. We loved it. (FYI, some of the upstairs bedrooms connect, which can be handy if you have multiple families and are grouping kids together with parents.)We would 100% rent this again if we were on a similar trip!

Great central Richland location with lots of room. Game tables for air hockey and football, dart board, and a closet full of games. Lots of room in backyard for kids to play, and a fire pit for s’mores. Good place for families. 7 sleeping areas with good space, but mattresses were very uncomfortable.

Great house great owners!!!

12 of us adults all had motorcycles plus one truck and trailer. Plenty of parking. House was clean and comfy. Ac worked great. The owner and I messaged back and forth before and during with quick response time. 10/10 would do again!

Lots of room

Property was nice. There 7 bedrooms but only comfortable seating for 5 people, be prepared to sit on hard chairs and bar stools. Beds are aged and not comfortable at all. House is older but in decent condition.

Fun and Friends

Plenty of space. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Kitchen was workable. The stairs were configured oddly, but the wifi was great. Property manager was responsive too! The back yard was not useable because it seemed to be overwatered. Pools of water made it muddy, and we were careful to avoid tracking it in.

Big older house with good upgrades

House was large enough for our golf group of 6 to each have a private bedroom and bed with an extra bed available. The house was clean upon arrival, the kitchen was adequately stocked and all appliances worked. Linens and basic toiletries were supplied. The host was super quick replying to all communications. Overall, the house was perfect for our needs, would stay again.
