"Compared to what I saw in Osage beach this place was a steal! Everything was what I expected and then some. Only complaint was it didn’t offer breakfast. "

"The room was filthy. Toilet paper rolls were used, there was roach poop in the top corners of the room. The bed side tables were broke. The mirror in the bathroom was filthy. There was paint on the walls like a toddler had painted their trim and gotten it everywhere. The pool said 24 hours online but the sign said it closed at 10. The $12 breakfast buffet was nothing more than a continental breakfast. The bed looked like it had been slept in. The soap dispenser in the shower was visibly dirty."

"Very disappointed!! Lodge wax rented out/taken over by a fraternity the weekend my family was there. Was not able to get even close to the spa/pool/hot tub area because of the beer cans stacked up and men in the pool. For the amount of money we paid, I was extremely disappointed 😞"

"The heater and phone wasn’t working correctly so we changed rooms. In my opinion the staff should have brought me keys to the new room and offered to help change rooms. I was asked to come get them. The new room the TV wasn’t working and the hostess came to trouble shoot to get it successfully working. She was pleasant"

"Nice hotel, beds are comfortable. Rooms and common areas have clean and fresh paint. The breakfast was really tasty with good variety. The only drawback is the room was missing a lamp on a nightstand with some soft white light. The room had lights that were all too white and bright. I would stay there again and I would recommend staying at this hotel."
