"This is little piece of heaven. So clean and peaceful, I love the family style breakfast and conversation. Camping in style, the tiny cabins are private and clean. The view of the Osage river is amazing. Surprisingly a community shower/bath house - was very clean and you can lock the door privacy."

"Lovely cabin with a cool history right on the Osage River. Generally very quiet with only the occasional passing car and the sounds of the local peacocks and hummingbirds for a peaceful background. Rhonda and Chevy are awesome hosts; be sure to have a chat with them when you get a chance."

"I cannot thank the owners enough for having this cottage available for rent. It’s absolutely a perfect little getaway for relaxing and enjoying the lake and sun. So much attention to detail in supplies and decor. The outside sitting areas are perfectly place for full enjoyment outside. We never felt that we could not get assistance if needed. The owners communicated and made it apparent that they were available at anytime we needed something but all was well. I really hope to return to stay...

"We had an awesome time here. The place was so very clean and neat. The cabin was the perfect size for us. The bed is very comfortable. It has everything you need!!!!!! This resort has such a history and awesome feel to it. My wife said it reminded her of the place in Dirty Dancing!!!! We are planning a summer and fall weekend here next year. We loved it here!!!!!"
