"We came to compete in eventing championships and were exhausted after travel and each day of competition. This house was absolutely perfect! It's quiet, updated, well stocked, has comfortable and clean beds, the dining and living areas were very inviting and comfortable, and it's clear the owners love their rental and gave a top notch hostessing experience! "We stayed at this wonderful house for two nights while visiting Capitol Reef NP . The pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely spotless and like a well appointed guest house. The owners have anticipated every need and are very generous with paper towels, toilet paper, washer pods, etc. The town of Loa is small but we found a restaurant, gas and a grocery store. "I really enjoyed this house and would consider it again. It's super close to the grocery and to the coffee depot - and Maple Canyon, which is why we were in the area. The kitchen was well enough equipped that we were able to cook 3 meals there without any issues. The shower was nice and hot too. You will get some noise from the local HS football game, but it didn't bother us at all. One thing to keep in mind - if you have someone in your group allergic to perfume - this is not the right house...

"We stayed with a youth group (total 18 people) at the I rustic, but cozy location. I don't love the strange little town called Koosharem, but this place was a good fit for how large our group was and our budget restraints. If it was in the budget, I would have stayed in a cabin by the lake--but I would rather this place with a kitchen and beds than tents near the lake. We hiked Capitol Reef and fished Fish Lake. It was nice to cook some nights on the grill/fire and some nights in the kitchen....

"This was the perfect spot to gather our family of 15 who came from 4 different states. We ranged in age from 5 to 78 and there was always something for everyone - a nice pool, hot tub, pool table, Foosball, large kitchen with plenty of cooking supplies and plenty of bedrooms and triple bunk beds that the kids enjoyed!"

"Super clean place with all of the essentials (table/cookware, bedding, wi-fi, plentiful hot water) AND at a sweet price! We were passing through on the way to Zion with our littles and had no trouble getting comfortable for the evening and preparing for the day ahead the next morning. Even enjoyed some unexpected natural gems in the area like the Monrovian Creek Canyon Trail. We would quickly book this again when in the area!"

"Having this location as an option in the remote area is great for us. This is the second time we've stayed here. The rental description is accurate and the property is well maintained. For our needs it's convenient and refreshing. The property is older and some of it can feel a little dated, but that's how it's advertised and we have no expectations of a luxury rental.
