Lovely hotel and pleasant staff. Unfortunately the Gym is in terrible condition and the equipment is not operational

Our stay can only be summed up as horrible experience with no water coming out on the bathtub while basin had albeit cold. Dirty too. In the morning, we were moved to a better room but lower than the package we had paid for.

So Dissapoited

I booked online 2 rooms for 4 people. The booking was confirmed they sent us email Indeed it was two rooms one with a king bed and the other with 2 double beds. The day before the trip we received on other email confirming our booking. When we arrived at the reception they said the is no room under my name I showed them the email they asked me to forward the email to them, after a while everything that was written on the email changed and the room was one room with 2 bedrooms, I asked them how did they changed it. They said it's the email I sent to them, I asked if it is possible to share a room with kids, non responded to that, we had to leave and find the place that would accommodate us and kids. We were so dissapoited about their doing
