"Staff was courteous and friendly, but we experienced several issues during our stay. We were informed at check-in that the elevator was out of order, and our original room was upstairs, which was not accessible for someone in our group. We were moved to a first-floor room, but the pull-out couch was missing sheets and blankets. The room was also missing basic items like a phone, clock, hangers, and bathroom cups. The handicapped parking space had not been plowed after the recent snowstorm, and there was dog waste nearby. Housekeeping did not service the room during our two-night stay, and the TV required repeated resetting to work. Overall, while the staff was polite, the stay was disappointing due to these issues."

"Super easy check in with pleasant and friendly staff. The room was super clean. Mattress too firm for my comfort, but I slept soundly. It was very quiet, room darkening curtains did their job. There was a well lit parking lot. Felt very safe. Highly recommend for a stopover."
