"We arrived at 1:00 am and the staff greeted us warmly. It’s just what we needed after a long day of traveling!!"

"It was horrible. Got there and there no pots and pans. No extra linens for the pull out couch. We got 14 inches of snow and they didn’t even shovel the parking lot. Had to shovel myself out. Then top it off the bathroom sink was leaking in the floor and they didn’t have maintenance available and didn’t even offer a discount. I was so disappointed. If I could’ve left I would’ve but I was there to see a family relative that was on life support at a nearby hospital. "

"All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and the hot tub was hot and spacious. We loved the room with extra seating area. This had everything we needed for a nice long weekend for a few hockey games in the area. Breakfast was amazing, made to order omelets and plenty to choose from. Our door lock was a little loose and they did send someone up to fix it but it needed a bit more of a repair. Zero complaints about this property. Would be even better if parking fee wasn’t charged for guests staying in the hotel. Definitely would book again."

"Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and sauna which was so nice on a chilly evening. Dinner at Kyndred was delicious…do not skip over the Baked Alaska. Pizza and pasta were both perfection. Rooms are always spotless. We had some tech issues with the TV which doesn’t normally happen here. Ten drops was convenient for a quick cup of coffee and parfait. We always enjoy coming to this Omni. It’s top of the line. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Our needs are simple bed and hot shower. We were asked at check in if we wanted housekeeping , I did since it was a 3 night stay and fresh towels were needed daily but they only came once. Had to ask for clean towels. Breakfast was adequate. Breakfast staff were awesome! Super friendly and welcoming. Front desk staff were very professional. Overall a great stay."
