The full sized fridge and freezer, the shower condiments being full sized not sample sized, the ability to set the temp to my exact preference. There were many little subtle things that made it very nice! The staff was excellent, especially James who took the time to explain how things are different. "

They made the best crepes and specialty coffees. The information binder in the room was made by the Grand Rapids High School woodworking department---nice touch!! "A perfect place in the north woods on a lake. Beautifully nestled near Tioga Recreation Area, and the Forest History Center. These were our activities. Something for everyone! Normally I do not like to stay in pet friendly places because I am not a dog owner, but this place was super clean, so much so that we played on the floor with our 2 1/2 year old and did not pick up any pet hair. The bedrooms were super cozy and the kitchen well stocked with pots and pans for light cooking. The fire pit was perfect for our marshmallow melting smores making evening. The family room was comfortable and an easy gathering space for a later evening movie. "

"Manager was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. Even though the room was very small and very close to other rooms, there was no real noise. They were sold out, so all of the rooms were full, but I was not bothered by other guests. I enjoyed my stay!"
