"Great staff and culture "

"House was very cozy, easy to check in, and full of useful amenities. The jacuzzi tub was my kids' favorite part, as well as the pinball machine. The jukebox was cool but skips really easily so not really something you will use often, but cool to see it working. The pellet stove worked very well and was nice to put damp clothes on to give a quick warm up since it was very cold outside when we visited. Checkout was 10am which came quickly - I was thinking more like hotels that are usually 11am and owner/cleaner was there at 10:04am so we were a bit surprised but packed up very quickly to get out and let him get the cleaning done. Overall, very good experience and even though we didn't use a lot of the additional amenities, there was a lot of things that I bring on my own that I didn't need to like shampoo, coffee, lots of kitchen utensils, etc. So it was more well stocked than I realized it would be - which is always nice. "

"First time staying to ski nearby and had a very good experience. Rooms were clean and plenty large for 2 adults and 1 child. Fridge and microwave worked well. Breakfast had diverse options including two waffle makers and lots of drinks. Low on fresh fruits but not unusual for any continental breakfast. Pool was good sized and depth for kids to be in, and hot tub was hot. The door to the pool had an issue after 9pm to access with key card (management was aware) but usually someone would let us in who was there already so not a disruption to us. Easy parking to enter. We’ll likely be back! "
