Per essere un 4 stelle la struttura è molto datata, avrebbe bisogno di essere modernizzata e rivista nei dettagli. Staff disponibile, buona pulizia, buona colazione, ottima posizione. Il parcheggio c'è ma è abbastanza piccolo.

Great hotel if it wasn’t for the beds

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to the beach. Rooms are pretty much standard. But the beds are very hard and uncomfortable.

Camera pulita. Personale cortese. Arredi vetusti. Coperte nettamente insufficienti, è necessario alzare la temperatura della camera. Colazione impresentabile: cappuccino fatto con materie prime scadenti, succhi decisamente di livello discount, croissanteria pennellata con glassa per coprirne la bassa qualità. Da un quattro stelle che non intenda investire nel restyling delle camere ci si potrebbe almeno lecitamente aspettare una colazione da 4 stelle dell'evo moderno. Non costa meno mettere a disposizione dell'ospite un piumone in camera e un cappuccino, un cornetto e un succo buoni in sala colazioni piuttosto che ricevere rating negativi?

Personale accogliente e disponibile spazi comuni confortevoli dalla piscina alla sala tutto in stile anni ‘50. Così come le camere. Abbondante la colazione. Centralissimo vicinissimo al mare. Parcheggio gratuito cosa molto gradita perché in zona è problematico. Unica pecca ascensore troppo piccolo e scomodo

Un soggiorno simpatico in un albergo molto retro'

Come gia' detto da altri ospiti, l'hotel e' un 4 stelle piuttosto decaduto. Le camere sono spaziose ma vecchie e non rinnovate. In particolare gli infissi in legno molto vecchi e senza doppi vetri non isolano in alcun modo dal rumore esterno (traffico, schiamazzi, etc.). Gli ambienti comuni sono belli specie per chi ama lo stile retro' e quasi da museo. La piscina scaldata e' senz'altro un 'bonus' ma non c'e' né sauna né palestra. Riguardo alla colazione essa e' poco variata e mancano cibi caldi come uova strapazzate o bacon. Si puo' avere un uovo cucinato ma chiedendo alla cucina. Poi la prima colazione termina alle 10 e gia' mezz'ora prima la roba comincia a mancare. Ultimo: non c'e' un parcheggio dedicato.

Buono ma arredi un po' datati

Buon hotel nel centro di Riccione, a due passi dal mare e una breve camminata da Viale Ceccarini con bar e negozi. Struttura buona ma che avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovamento, arredi eleganti e ben tenuti ma decisamente datati, in particolare la toilette. Servizio buono così come la pulizia delle stanze. Colazione ottima e abbondante, servizio bevande calde effettuato al momento non con macchinette automatiche. Piscina piacevole e accessibile ad uso ospiti. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile su richiesta alla reception.

Great location but it’s a 3-star

Amazing staff and super friendly. Lovely team. Pool was nice to have. But expecting a 4-star hotel meant we were disappointed. The rooms we were in were very budget. Great location Ana decent breakfast but I was expecting newer and renovated rooms. Can’t say enough about the people there though. Most helpful and kind staff ever! Thanks for this.
