The images for the hotels on the booking app are a different world to reality. The hotel rooms are dirty and smell of body odour and stale cigarette smoke. The linen also smells bad, it’s possible to smell the pillows through the fresh linen. Towels were not replaced often during our stay. Food is low quality and made with the cheapest ingredients. This is not a cheap hotel, save your money and go somewhere else.

Ci è stata offerta una camera di livello sup.re ( una suite). Camera spaziosa con vista sul mare, bene la pulizia, peccato il materasso un po' usurato. Colazione abbondante e personale gentile e preparato. Il tempo non è stato favorevole è arrivata anche la nebbia

Struttura elegante con una bella veduta. Molto bello il balconcino che guarda sul mare. Buona colazione e personale di sala gentilissimo e cordiale. Merita tutte le quattro stelle anche se mi aspettavo una camera più grande e un bagno meno datato considerando il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Bellissimo e storico albergo di Riccione, fronte mare, con iconica piscina. Stanza tripla bella, pulita, spaziosa, con tutto quanto necessario per un soggiorno perfetto. Pranzi leggeri al bar della piscina, non abbiamo provato il ristorante. Bella piscina interna della Spa (che in questo periodo non era aperta per il Covid). Personale attento alle disposizioni anti-Covid (indossavano sempre mascherina) e disinfettante per le mani ovunque. Grazie

Ho soggiornato in una delle suites. La stanza era carina, ma ho trovato polvere un po' ovunque. Per non parlare del letto. Non sono riuscita a dormire praticamente nulla! Scomodo è un complimento.

Evidenzio che la Spa era aperta solo dal pomeriggio e come supplemento extra e non compreso nel prezzo, così come il parcheggio. La colazione non era assolutamente all'altezza dell'hotel. All'arrivo non sono state fornite spiegazioni in merito alla fornitura del kit per la Spa recapitate in stanza dietro prenotazione. Nel complesso, facendo il paragone con altre strutture pari livello se non inferiori, il servizio fornito ha deluso e soprattutto i servizi non erano compresi nel costo della Camera.

Relax d'inverno

Avevamo scelto questo hotel per la Spa che ha soddisfatto e rilassato tutti : L'ingresso è su prenotazione per evitare la confusione,in questo modo è possibile accedere alla sauna,al bagno turco e poi nella sala relax senza trovare affollamento. Hotel molto bello, anche le stanze belle e pulite.Buona la colazione.Comodo anche il garage sotterraneo.
