Located in Capo Vaticano, directly on Calabria's Tyrrhenian Coast, the villa is just 9 km from Tropea, which is a renowned tourist destination.

The distance to the sea is approximately 500 meters. The closest beaches are Santa Maria and Grotticelle, which are the most famous beaches on the so-called Coast of the Gods.

The building, surrounded by olive trees, consists of six confortable apartments, three units on two floors.

Each apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with pots, cutlery, crockery, fridge and oven, and in the inside of apartment there are a flat led tv and a safe.

Great for couples, families and groups, as each unit can accommodate up to seven persons.

Each ground floor apartments have a comfortable outdoor space with open veranda, to be used to enjoy eating and relaxing, surrounded by the green of olive grove and his the fresh shadow; those upstairs have each a spacious terrace overlooking the olive grove with the possibility to eat and relax watching the sea on the horizon.

The outside area is equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue, deckchairs as well as outdoor showers.

Other available facilities are the car parking and coin washing machine

Ottima sistemazione al centro della Costa degli Dei. Luogo tranquillo, sicuro, ventilato. Proprietari molto accoglienti, cordiali e sempre disponibili.

Posto meraviglioso con mare stupendo

Ho soggiornato dal 08 al 13 settembre 2018. Posto stupendo, grande balcone con vista mare per mangiare fuori, circondato da ulivi. Possibilità di barbecue nel giardino comune. Posto auto privato all'interno della struttura. Spiaggia più vicina "Santa Maria" a 5 minuti a piedi. Altre spiagge che sono nelle vicinanze possono essere raggiungibili anche in auto in 10 minuti, a piedi 20 minuti circa. Da visitare Capo Vaticano " Punta Faro" . Altre spiagge stupende sono a Tropea a circa mezz'ora di macchina. Il Sig. Giacomo che si occupa della struttura è gentile e disponibile e il proprietario Sig. Marco altrettanto . Sicuramente da ritornarci presto.

splendido contesto paesaggistico immersi nella natura in soluzioni abitative dotate ogni comfort. estrema gentilezza e disponibilità di Marco per quanto riguarda la fase di prenotazione ed organizzazione e di Giacomo relativamente all'accoglienza in loco. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

Siamo stati in coppia in uno dei questi appartamenti siamo stati molto bene casa larga balcone vista mare nel verde di un uliveto camera da letto e cucina nuovi appartamento pulito e vicino al mare
