The Space:

Built in 2021 and featuring high-end amenities, this apartment is located on the ground floor.

Three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for up to six people.

Two modern bathrooms provide additional comfort.



The open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together and spending time with loved ones. Large windows create a bright, welcoming atmosphere and offer a beautiful view of the water. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, and a workspace for laptop use.



The spacious terrace with patio furniture extends the living space outdoors and is perfect for relaxing by the water.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment as well as the private terrace. A separate entrance ensures privacy. Free parking is available right on site. Access to the resort is easy, and the path is well-lit even at night.
