"This is one of my worst experiences ever with a hotel. The space is basically a scam, with most things under construction, unsanitary conditions, no drapes (with sunrise here at like 4:00am). I felt that if I slept in one of the super dirty spaces, I would have catched an eye infection. No staff to help, but only a chat on WhatsApp that never replied. No Wifi. "Super room (1504) on high 15th floor - open views across to Tivoli park and plenty of space and light. Cleaned daily and fresh towels / refreshments. Lovely breakfast on 20th floor with lots of friendly helpful staff. Pool on 18th floor easy to swim laps in. Easy walk into centre 10 mins to triple bridge where there are so many restaurants and bars to choose from ! Also easy walk 5 mins to bus and train station."
