Environnement agréable

Maison spacieuse avec deux terrasses dont une qui permet de voir la mer maison bien équipée..environnement calme à proximité de la plage libre et magnifique bref une belle location avec des restaurants sympa à proximité également..merci

Il vicino ha un cane maschio, se ne avete.di litigiosi, evitate.Ho le foto dell'incuria

Accoglienza molto gentile da parte del signore che ha anche donato pere del loro giardino. Purtroppo, però, era solo apparenza. Una volta stata sola in casa ho dovuto richiamarlo perché mi sono resa conto che nonostante sapessero che avevo due cani, sul retro c'erano assi da cui spuntavano chiodi e nel giardinetto c'era diversa immondizia. Assi spariti velocemente mentre ho poi constatato che l'immondizia era stata solo nascosta dietro al muretto.Il signore ha spalancato per ben 3 VOLTE il cancello(cani liberi e lo sapeva) Nell'aprire le finestre per arieggiare ho scoperto varie rotture che ho segnalato credendo fossero stati gli ultimi inquilini ma ho poi capito che lo sapevano già .Impossibile abbassare le tapparelle della porta finestra ,x cui quando picchiava il sole la sala diventava un forno, per contro alla finestra era impossibile alzarle, per cui non si poteva aprire. In cucina credevo mancasse la chiave della portafinestra perché la maniglia era molto dura,invece la porta finestra non si poteva chiudere a chiave(!) perché non la davano(pare sia stata rotta più volte).Quindi la sala non è stata utilizzabile e la TV, che il proprietario non è riuscito a farmi vedere come funzionava, in effetti non funzionava.Consiglio di portare ventilatori perché ci sono ventilatori al soffitto solo in sala ed in una camera. Quando ho insistito che facessero qualcosa per le finestre(da sola avrei usato sala, cucina, camera, bagno:5 finestre. Rotte:3),non avendo più argomenti il signore ha iniziato ad arrampicarsi sugli specchi girando prima l'argomento sul fatto che dovevo avere rispetto per la casa(???),che mi avevano dato immacolata(cosa non vera:polvere sul comodino, gomitoli di lana sotto il letto, manate di bambini sulle porte finestre, porte unte, resti di cibo nel cortile dietro oltre alla già citata immondizia davanti, polvere di settimane sopra il metro e 80.tende probabilmente lavate almeno un anno prima,il cesto per la biancheria sporca aveva un cm di sabbia dentro) .Non ho usato il divano per via delle finestre ma vi consiglio un telo per coprirlo.Le poltroncine all'esterno le ho usate dopo averle coperte.Armadi rotti.La zona generalmente è ventilata per cui si sta bene, assicuratevi abbiano aggiustato le finestre o non potrete far la corrente necessaria a sopravvivere quando non c'è aria, Seconda argomentazione è stato chiedermi se non uscivo mai di casa. A quel punto ho preferito concludere la conversazione Non ci siamo più visti.

Perfect stay at Villa Orchidea

We've had a very pleasant vacation at Villa Orchidea, the house is very nice, roomy and clean, and the hosts were perfect. I strongly recommend, and will come back !

Bella vacanza

La casa è esattamente come viene descritta e i proprietari sono veramente cortesi e disponibili. 3 camere da letto, un soggiorno molto ampio, una cucina, un bagno , una lavanderia, una doccia esterna e due terrazzi ampi. La proprietà è al piano terra di un villa bifamiliare (abitata al primo piano da altri proprietari) che si trova in un piccolo borgo abitato da poche centinaia di persone. Nel borgo ci sono un bar/ristorante/pizzeria/tabacchi di buon livello, un market ed una chiesa. Il mare più vicino si trova a circa un km di distanza e sitrova nella riserva del fiume platani con una spiaggia che a volte ha la sabbia e a volte i ciotoli (a seconda della mareggiate). Nei dintorni ci sono tantissime spiagge belle, bellissime e quasi sempre poco affollate. Nella casa non abbiamo sofferto il caldo nonostante non ci siano i condizionatori ma solo una pala a tetto nel soggiorno perchè è una zona molto ventilata.

Casa veramente corrispondente alla descrizione.

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene . Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare località e spiagge dei dintorni. Grazie all' ospitalità dei proprietari sempre presenti ad ogni necessità e senz' altro consiglierei la casa a nostri amici.

Buona casa in ottima posizione

L’appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione presente sul sito. La località è facilmente raggiungibile e buon punto di partenza per visitare tutta la costa da Marsala ad Agrigento. Indispensabile una vettura. Grande tranquillità, ottima attrezzatura di biancheria e stoviglie. Per gli amanti del mare, a circa 3 Km si trova la riserva naturale del fiume Platani ed il sito di Eraclea Minoa. Grande ospitalità e discrezione dei proprietari, peraltro molto disponibili. Una vacanza 10 e lode da consigliare a tutti.

super zufrieden

Wir haben das Haus mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern bewohnt und es ist ausreichend Platz gewesen. Vermieter (Nino) ist super freundlich, hat den Damen bei der Anreise jeweils einen Blumenstrauß überreicht :-) Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren im Preis inbegriffen, das ist bei den Miethäusern nicht selbstverständlich! Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert , da man so auch zu den Nachbarorten fahren kann. Es sind einige schöne Strände nicht weit entfernt und sehr einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden! Grazie per tutto :-)

Our Second Home.

We have stayed on the Villa Orchid for two times. First time was in June, the second in the end of September. Both times were delightful. On the Villa there is everything you may need except a dishwashing machine. Balcony and terrace are located especially convenient. If it is windy on the balcony, in is completely calm on the terrace. Willa suits perfectly for small children. The terrace surrounded by fence. You can lock the gate if you need (though we never did it). Children will enjoy throwing different objects from the terrace. There is enough parking space for two cars. The Villa is situated in quiet village not far from the sea, natural reserve and Ancient Greek ruins. There is a small shop nearby where you can find food and vine. The beach is 10 – 15 minutes walk from the Villa, though it may be difficult to come back as you will have to walk up the hill. The road to the beach goes through the natural reserve. Usually there are not many people on the beach. In the end of September, it was almost empty. You can easily reach different tourist attractions by car. We haven’t seen any public transport. It is possible that there are some public transport routes, but we didn’t check this. The owners are wonderful people. We often travel and rent housing but have never met such attitude. Nino and his family did everything to make us feel like home not only at the Villa but also in Sicily. Dear friends, thank you for the wonderful time we had at your home. We will surely come again!

Villetta ben organizzata, ottima accoglienza

Ottima accoglienza, i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e ospitali. La casa ospita comodamente 6\7 persone, é molto curata e arredata bene con due grandi verande ideali per trascorrere le ore serali tra amici. Unico punto leggermente a sfavore é la location: borgo bonsignore é un centro veramente piccolo, con una bella spiaggia, ma per raggiungere i luoghi più popolati è necessario spostarsi in auto. Giudizio: ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, consigliata!

Confortable et fonctionnelle

Maison très confortable, l'endroit est calme. La maison a tout le nécessaire pour y passer de belles vacances, Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très accueillants. Merci beaucoup pour cette semaine. La mer est très belle aussi.

Villa Orchidea

Nice villa, only 10 minutes from the beach, and quite close to interesting sites. Wifi didn't work unfortunately, and in January the house is pretty cold without proper heating, but I guess in other seasons it will be quite comfortable. The owners are very kind and helpful. On the first night they even drove us to the supermarket in Ribera. The house is clean and lots of extras to make it feel like a real home.

SEJOUR A RIBERA

Avons séjourné une semaine en août 13 ; accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, Nino et Caterina (corbeille de fruits, huile, fleurs) ; plateau de pâtisseries offert par Nino. Maison très agréable avec belle terrasse dans un petit village avec animations le soir. Belle plage à 1k500 (5 mn en voiture). Bien situé entre Agrigente et Sélinunte.

"I proprietari sono molto...

"I proprietari sono molto ospitali. L''alloggio è molto pulito. L''alloggio è molto spazioso e soprattutto ben fornito di tutto. Il posto è ottimo sia per rilassarsi in due, sia per una vacanza in compagnia. Non è indispensabile muoversi in macchina, caldo a parte... Piccola piazzetta adiacente con pizzeria, chiesa e festicciole paesane serali (commedia, musica, ecc..) ma non troppo vicina per i rumori. spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti in discesa (con ciotoli e pineta) o in macchina in 5 minuti si possono raggiungere tantissime altre spiagge nelle vicinanze. Ottimo anche il pesce fresco venduto nelle vicinanze. Piccolo supermarket raggiungibile a piedi nelle vicinanze dell''abitazione, molto comodo, perchè vende un po'' di tutto e in tutti i giorni della settimana. Lo consiglio."

"Nous avons été très sati...

"Nous avons été très satisfait par la location de cette maison. L''offre est conforme a l''annonce. Maison dans un petit village au calme. Plage de sable blanc pas tes loin. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. La maison est très belle avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nous avons passe de très bonnes vacances."
