Located in a prime spot in the port of Aguiño. Overlooking the islands of the Atlantic Islands National Park. On clear days, you can see from the island of Arosa all the way to the Cíes Islands. A nearly 50-meter-long, completely private terrace where you can dine while looking out at the sea or sunbathe. Beaches are just a few metres away, and there’s a great boardwalk right across the street. There’s a supermarket right below the building. It comes with one parking space and additional outdoor parking. Ideal for remote work and long stays.
The space
The penthouse has 4 spacious bedrooms (two with private bathrooms), a huge living room, kitchen, pantry, and a terrace overlooking the Ría de Arosa and the islands of the National Park. One of the bedrooms is set up as an office, which is why only 3 are available for rent, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests. For long-term stays, we can increase the capacity if you let us know in advance. Another bedroom has a desk that can be used as a small office. Three of the rooms face outward and offer views of the sea and the town. The terrace is private and offers views of the Ría de Arosa, stretching from Illa de Arousa to the rest of the islands in the National Park.

The entire house is available to guests.
Other things to note
There is an Erosky City supermarket at the bottom of the building. The town offers many amenities, such as a bank, fish market, pharmacy, health centre, etc. Ribeira is 7.6 km away along a beautiful coastal road. There are many tourist attractions nearby.
