QUINTA DO PASSO is a welcoming, modern space located in the center of Ribeira Grande.
With a unique decoration, guests can enjoy a villa equipped with air conditioning, internet, smart tv, telephone, fully equipped kitchen, complete bathroom with hairdryer and private outdoor area.
The common areas are appropriately sized for the capacity of the farm with private parking, swimming pool and living area.

QUINTA DO PASSO is a welcoming, modern and well located space in the city of Ribeira Grande. With a unique decoration, guests can enjoy all the amenities of a high quality local accommodation and, if they wish, take advantage of extra services that provide a relaxing stay, full of good and memorable experiences.
QUINTA DO PASSO is composed of 3 family houses, identified by the characteristics of the farm where they belong, as follows:
T2 - Azores House - Sleeps up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed.
T1 - Fontenário House - Sleeps up to 4 people in 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed.
T1 - Passo House - Sleeps up to 4 people in 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed.
All of our houses are equipped with equipment, appliances and services necessary to develop day-to-day activities with naturalness and relaxation during your holidays. Comfort, security and common spaces are the best in terms of local accommodation in the Azores, never forgetting the family nature to make you feel better than at home.
Quinta do Passo guests will have access to private outdoor areas and common areas, such as:
- Pool;
- Rest area;
- Parking.

- On the opposite side of its facade, a public parking lot;
- 1 minute from Quinta do Passo is the taxi station of Ribeira Grande and a bus stop that allows guests to visit the Tea Factories or the parish of Furnas.
- 10 minutes from Quinta do Passo, guests have the opportunity to walk on the Passeio Atlântico - sea route in the north of the city.
