"The house was really perfect. Nothing to say excepté that the house was exactly what we were looking for. Calm, peace, good access to the beach and the lack. The restaurant was also really good. And the host are really friendly, helping and gentle.I really recommand this house for familly, or friend, or alone."

"A wonderful stay in stunning surroundings. The views on the road from the villa to Peso da Régua are simply breathtaking. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is exceedingly well equipped with every appliance you can think of. The beds are comfortable and all rooms have air conditioning. The pool, although not the largest is ideal and there is a lovely shaded area and bbq. Having said all that, what made it the perfect holiday for us was the warm welcome, care and attention...

"What a fantastic property! The views over the Calvado river valley are spectacular! The pool is great and the accommodation perfect for a large family group. Built into the hillside and made of wood and local stone, the house seems to appear from nowhere, nestling into the surroundings. You feel completely isolated, though the local town is just five minutes drive away. There’s plenty to do in the national park and great water sports on the reservoir in the valley!"

"We stayed 2 nights and wished we had stayed 7. The host is a super nice man who told us all about the history and all about his family wine making history. If you like a nice quiet spot with an awesome view and a really cool host, we highly recommend. "
