There is a beach and supermarket walking distance as well as the very under rated Dodo traffic circle. "Stand beside a Dodo". Main shopping mall is about 3 km, (2 mi), away. Apt faces inward toward pool area...

We had issues with the temperature of the water in the shower (it was either too hot or too cold - no in between). Our bedding and blankets were unclean. "
