"What a lovely hotel Free upgrade to superior double. Big in size clean beautiful decor. Bed comfortable, slept like a baby. Would recommend Half hour walk into down, £7.00 for a taxi back. Did mot have breakfast so cannot comment on this"

"We had a fabulous one-night stay in this beautiful hotel which has been refurbished to a very high standard and quality. We loved the atrium and original fittings. Our room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The carpet was a delight to walk on and the towels and bed linen so soft. This was our first visit to Liverpool and the staff were welcoming, polite & helpful. It was my husbands 60th birthday & we were delighted to arrive to an upgraded and decorated room and a plate of delicious small cakes. Nice breakfast choices & a great selection of cocktails! We were able to leave our bags with the concierge until check in time and leave them again for all of the next day after checkout. Parking was very easy & secure, just around the corner. I wish we could have stayed longer & highly recommend this hotel!"

"Found the mattress quite hard so struggled to sleep. There was also a lot of doors banging in the middle of the night which also made it hars to sleep. Other than that we were very happy. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were very clean, recwption staff very helpful and friendly"
