"They was some good ppl or whatnot. But the place really somewhat rundown for real. Door handle was gone off the bathroom door. The bed looked as someone was still staying in it. So I got new sheets. Then the window was dang near following apart and it was open and couldn’t close it. But the bed was comfortable lol and the tv worked good. The ac unit worked good. Fridge was ok. My girl and child left me and never came back that day till like a hour after checkout. "

"Chantal is an exceptional Host. Her communication is top tier she made me feel like family. I was experiencing displacement after having a house fall through my home and she was so caring and thoughtful throughout the experience. With all the stress I had going on dealing with my home she made my stay pain free and comfortable. I felt like I had a home away from home and my kids were so comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet and close proximity to downtown. Very convenient process and super clean environment. Five star rating. Highly recommended!!"

"We had a good stay overall. The layout of the house worked very well for a family especially ours. The entrance area had a pool table and foosball table which the kids enjoyed, and there was also a nice upstairs room with a couch and TV where our kids could read and my wife did yoga. There were plenty of TVs and you could add your own profile for most streaming services. The house was generally clean and the carpet and furnishings were in decent condition. The location in Lawrenceville was convenient and the home was comfortable for our six-night stay.A few minor things could be improved. One bathtub drained slowly, the soap dispenser in the master bath didn’t work, and we heard some loud noises at night (possibly wind, according to the owner). The kitchen cleaning supplies were a limited - old dishwasher pods (only 3) and we couldn't find extra garbage bags (one was under the one being used - duh! on our part). But, there were plenty of cooking supplies - pans, pots, utensils galore. There were plenty of dishes both big and small. We only ran the dishwasher twice although we ate out quite a bit. We would definitely stay here again and the value for the money was excellent. I struggled between a 4 and a 5 and ended on 4 due to some of the minor issues. "

"The house was very clean and organized and the host was very prompt at answering questions prior to checkin, we had no issues needing to be addressed during our stay. Lawrenceville was beautiful, very clean, and close to downtown which was lovely and plenty of things to do. Fast food and cute restaurants in close proximity. Local owned shops were cute and the people were friendly. Kids playgrounds close by, there’s a Starbucks a mile away so you can get your coffee fix. The house is not far from the activity at all! The house had all the essentials. Washer and dryer worked great. For future guests: Oven has an air fryer option and there was an over the range microwave, for whatever reason it wasn’t working but looked brand new. Refrigerator is spacious but no ice maker, there’s a gas station very close by and we were able to grab some. Beds have nice duvets but no throw blankets for your cold natured guest, you may want to bring some along. Overall a great place and I’d definitely stay with this host again! "
