"The customer service that we were provided during our 2 day stay. Nicole who checked is abd helped us with numerous issues given we are seniors and technology impaired. Lol. Special thanks to the maintenance man (tall with ponytail) and manager who helped us on 2nd day of our stay. Neglected to grt their names so y apologies. Was able to maneuver wheel chair in room. Shower was awesome! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. If we ever need a hotel in Rhinelander this will be our choice for sure. "

"Great location, great yard. Lots of water toys to play with. There was complimentary coffee, garbage bags, etc. So many things you normally forget to bring were already there. Communication and response time was excellent. "

"The cabin was nicely renovated and had everything we needed! It was nice that kayaks and paddle boards were provided so that we didn’t have to bring ours. It is is just a short little walk up the hill from the beach. We will definitely be coming back."
