The cottage was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished, with an open-concept layout that made it feel bright and welcoming.The location is fantastic — just steps from a sandy shoreline with kayaks and a firepit that made lake living relaxing and fun. It's in the heart of Sugar Camp, with easy access to Rhinelander and surrounding areas.The hosts were kind and professional. They are opening the Highland Cottage Café up from the cottage near the main road, offering hand-crafted drinks, baked goods, and even a couple of adorable miniature Highland cows — it’s going to be a great addition to the area!Highly recommend this peaceful Northwoods retreat."
