Transport Access
You can reach this spacious and modern house in about 30 minutes by car from Düsseldorf Airport. The nearest exit on the A57 is 10 minutes away. You can also travel by train via Rheinberg or Wesel.
The Perfect Holiday
You can easily reach all holiday destinations in the Lower Rhine region, such as Wesel, Xanten, Goch, Geldern, and Rheinberg. Cultural destinations such as Düsseldorf, Essen, and the Zentro are also nearby, as is Düsseldorf Airport.

Master Bedroom / Master Bedroom
Pure luxury in this private bedroom on the ground floor, featuring a king-size bed, a private dressing room, and an en suite bathroom.
Additional Bedrooms
Bedrooms two and three are also located on the ground floor. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third has a double bed and a sleeper sofa. The fourth bedroom has two single beds and one double bed measuring 140x200.

Description of the outdoor area:
The beautiful garden, covering nearly 600 square metres of lot area, offers plenty of space for relaxation. There are a total of 3 terraces available, offering either shade or sun depending on the time of day. The garden is well-established, so you are shielded from the view of neighbors.
You can store and charge your bicycles in the garden shed.
