The staff was amazing! The hotel was incredibly quiet, I couldn’t hear any noise from the neighboring rooms, which made for a very relaxing stay. The restaurant staff was also exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive. They provided outstanding service throughout my visit.

The entry and dining area are nice. The room was the smallest I have every stayed in. Other than TV, totally lacking in amenities. No hair dryer. No shampoo provided. No tissues. Unattractive room. Shower head needs to be replaced. No washcloth. Etc.

La atención fue adecuada. La habitación están gigante todo jalaba muy bien. Tardé un poco en tener agua caliente pero el Internet jaló adecuado enfrente. Tiene un Seven Eleven y un Oxxo a media cuadra las 24 horas está muy cercas del Puente y para viajeros que quieren pasar el día en Estados Unidos y dormir en México es excelente. Aparte el estacionamiento está custodiado a las 24 horas el desayuno muy bueno sencillo pero había muchas opciones con costo, yo regreso al hotel
