No front desk. You get an email with the access codes (which we never received) and you have to call a number for assistance. The keypad to the main door didn’t work to get us so they gave us the employees code to get in. And our room was right above a bar that was open until 3:00am. The room was really warm even with the heat turned all the way down and we couldn’t open the window because of all of the noise from the bar.
