Central location. Restaurants, shops, attractions, etc. are all within walking distance. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast menu are good also. I'll recommend this place to friends.

Our room was larger than expected. Easy check-in. Food and drinks on site. Right in the middle of town with many walkable amenities. Room had a small kitchenette which was a nice surprise and a balcony!!! Vey pleased. Would stay again.

Clean and lovely but the staff were a little crusty and unhelpful. They expected you to know their bus systems and weren’t very helpful planning tours etc I found my own way after I didn’t feel welcome by staff to ask too many questions

The staff was super friendly and kind. They helped me book various tours throughout my stay. The hotel was super clean and it was the best stay I have ever had anywhere! Thanks Center Plaza Hotels for a wonderful experience you are awesome.

I was given a basement room where it was not possible to open the screen to see outside, so I never saw sunlight while I was in my room. There was a loud generator right outside my window that turned on and off on a regular basis. The Wi-Fi apparently did not reach to my basement room, as while I was able to occasionally connect, that connection did not last for more than a minute or so. The pictures on the website made this place look nice, but I felt as if I was being punished for doing something wrong.

Great location. Solid breakfast. Bed, pillows, and comforter were comfortable. Needs a bit of maintenance; shower and sink did not drain well, and shower setup meant water would spill into bathroom. Furniture is pretty bare, more similar to a hostel but plenty for me. Due to great location, it was loud in the evenings with the music from the restaurants and bars easily heard. It got very hot in the room, even with window open all day (but I had sunny side). They have lockers for your bags before and after which was nice, but they filled up quickly and then had their normal luggage storage.

This hotel was great! The location was amazing, right at the beginning of the perfect little downtown shopping, dining street! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and a great little hot dog stand right across the street! The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a triple room and it was huge! There is a bar and lounge in the lobby area that was super cozy. We were there for 2 weekdays and I could see where it might get loud on a weekend, however, that would be my only gripe.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is in a perfect location with a short walk to many attractions. It also has a very close bus stop pick up for tours. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. All the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The good: Best location. Comfortable beds. The not so great: Hotel is old and in need of upkeep! Room furniture is old and in disrepair. Room curtains had holes in them and the hearing unit was hard to work as all the numbers had faded. Bathroom had a sewer smell.

The location was good and the staff was friendly. The rooms were small and plain. The first room was noisy due to the people in the room above us, they were nice enough to give us a different room.

The hotel was in a very convenient location and was walkable to most everything. The reception staff was also very helpful and friendly. Breakfast filled us up every day and that along with the room were a great value for what we paid. The beds and bedding were comfortable as well. I would say that it was quiet loud some nights from outside and or room also had a radiator that couldn’t be adjust so it got uncomfortably hot in the mornings. Our bathroom door didn’t lose properly but that was just a minor issue. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone and would stay here again myself.

We stayed on 2nd floor and as we got off the elevator most rooms were benign renovated. Very disappointing as it felt a little uncomfortable on the floor. Breakfast was super busy. Room was fine nothing special. They did allow a late check out which was nice.

First- parking is a real issue if you rent a car. The front desk woman was not in any way helpful as to where to park, $26 for a structure a couple blocks away, pulling all our luggage… I would consider other hotels with parking in the future.
