The Alpine Lodge

"This a nice facility in a great location for exploring the Adirondacks. The property is clean. The staff is attentive. I have two concerns about this hotel. 1. There is some deferred maintenance that requires attention. One example is flooring that is uneven and cracked. 2. The shower is small. They use a shower curtain instead of a glass enclosure or shower door . Once the water is turned on the shower curtain is sucked inward coming into contact with you while you shower. I really don’t like that - especially considering how much the room is charged at per night."

"Just what we needed for a short stay! Walking distance from the small Main Street. The host was very communicative via the app which I appreciated. One thing to note is that If the upstairs neighbors are moving around you can hear them but we weren’t in the space long enough each day for it to be a problem. AC/Heating work great which we also appreciated."

"What a lovely stay at the Alexander House! The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything you could need. The living room couch was comfy and the games were an added bonus on a very rainy day. Each bathroom had heated floors, what a luxury! Close to restaurants and shopping in North Creek."

"Adorable place! Very cozy! We didn't close the windows before we left for dinner so it was cold when we got back. Put the little heater on and it was warm and toasty withing a few minutes! Very nice setting!"
