"The view was incredible, and the food was delicious with generous portions. The service was friendly, attentive, and fast. The room and bed were very comfortable, and we slept soundly. What stood out most was how quiet and tranquil everything was. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind."

"Fabulous house with stunning views. We really enjoyed staying at Birch Point. Very clean and comfortable. It was wonderful to watch the tides, explore the beach, have happy hour on the upper deck, and dinner on the middle deck. Great hiking nearby. No crowds. The Bold Coast earns its title up here. Campobello Island is also beautiful, with good hikes, a great lighthouse, and the Roosevelt summer home. This is our second time visiting Lubec, but our first time staying at Birch Point. We will definitely be back!"

"This property, as great as it looked on line, was even more wonderful in person!Spacious, clean, very well maintained!The pool is amazing and the interior spaces very warm and welcoming. Great spot for a relaxing getaway!Geno, the host, was fantastic to deal with--responsive, kind, and knowledgeable.I would certainly hope to stay here again in the future if the opportunity presents itself.Strongly recommend!"

"Love our stay! The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. Amazing view of the bay. Would 100% recommend. It’s a habit of a trek to the main part of town if you don’t have a car, but rented bikes from Mike ’s Bikes, made getting around on the island easy."
