"We had an Amazing weeklong stay at Hotel Fortuna. Room was very comfortable, Breakfast was plentiful and delicious; and the Staff was helpful and very supportive. The Desk Host Receptionist was Wonderful ~O'orhah?! She helped us with Everything, logistics, taxis, food delivery etc... We Loved It, and will be back for our next family trip in February 2026."

"Hotel is in a great location to city center, but the condition of the rooms are old and in need of renovation, bath rooms were not clean to 4 Star standard, and the toilet was not cleaned as well. Rated as 4 Stars, not up to 4 Stars."

"Can't get hold of the property management during weekends. Hours of the office is not flexible for people who are working 8-7pm. I wasn't able to pay by credit card for the business trip. Hope they accept credit card payments over the phone or email."
