  • Villa Amelia is a brand new home with a modern and functional design. The house is surrounded by olive trees and flowers, while the scents of our botanical garden enter the windows of the sunny rooms.<br><br>The colours of the rooms and furnishings are light and the mattresses on the beds provide you with a restful and refreshing sleep.<br><br>On your terrace you can enjoy your meal or drink captivated by the beauty of nature and our beautiful well-kept garden. On the other hand, you can cool off in the pool and enjoy relaxing moments while sunbathing.<br><br>The house is only 20 minutes from the centre of Rethymno and about 2.5 km from the nearest beaches in the area. Nearby you will find a mini market and a market for your groceries.<br><br>Villa Amelia is located in a quiet and safe place, in the village of Pagκalochori, in such a convenient location that you can easily visit the eastern and western part of the island. It is placed in a quiet and safe area among olive trees and aromatic plants that our tenants can taste and use in the kitchen during their stay.<br><br>Our family will be happy to welcome you to our little paradise!<br><br>NOTE: Two additional residences are located on the same lot. *The pool is shared
