Quite new, clean and spacefull apartment in a quite and safe area 10 minutes from the centre of Rethymno and 300m from the beach!Fully equipped, 200m from restaurants, mini markets and the bus station that leads to Rethymno centre.Outstanding area on the sea side close to the city but also quiet like a countryside.Safe and clean area.The apartment is fully equipped with 3a/cs tv internet , fridge , wash machine and kitchen oven etc.It’s a 3 bedroom apartment with 1 double and 4 single beds and a large couch at the living room that can easily be used like a bed for 1 person.The property has warm water from solar energy heat and has big balconies around it looking to the east and to the west, also it has a parking place for 1 car inside the courtyard and for another car just outside the property.Also it has a beautiful garden with amazing flowers.
