The staff are very helpful and friendly. The work is customer-oriented. The mattress was too soft for me, but everyone sees that differently. The room was very large and well soundproofed. Unfortunately there are no mosquito nets. The breakfast is okay, a bit like a canteen. The coffee and juices were not the best, they could be better. There is no direct parking, you have to search the streets around. There are small supermarkets right next door and opposite, a large supermarket is a 7 minute walk away on the main road. There is also a bakery there. The beach is a 3 minute walk away. The beach bar and Mezebar Vatania are highly recommended. A cab ride to the old town costs €5 (as of July 2024).2024).definiterecommendable!

Really enjoyed our weeks stay at this small hotel. The staff were all so very helpful and friendly. We opted for all inclusive and the food was delicious and with a reasonable choice at most meals. My only negative comment would be that although the dishes were mostly labelled it wasn't always easy to ascertain which included meat. This was a bit problematic for vegetarians. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean and the Miami suite was a good size with adequate storage. The bathroom was the nicest we have ever stayed in in Greece. The hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the beach and around 45 minutes from Rethymno. We were situated on the 2nd floor and although the balcony faced other balconies it didn't appear too claustrophobic . We definitely would stay again.

Gleaming marble hotel on a sum strip

A modern gleaming white hotel with a lift and marble staircase and pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Only negative is it is located on a long beach strip 2.5 km from old town. Fine if you're s sun worshipper.

un hôtel familiale sourire et acceuil

très bel hôtel refait à neuf , service , disponibilité et sourire du personnel , chambre très bien isolé , (douche ,wc , neuf , clim coffre fort , plaque chauffante ,frigidaire , bouilloire cafetière ,petite terrasse )mer à 150 m , restauration produit régional et en quantité , boutique souvenir et alimentation de l hôtel , restaurant à proximité , taxi bord de plage , car pour accès en ville à coté , centre ville à 3 km belle promenade en bord de plage , nous avons passé un très agréable séjour , dans cet hôtel , je le recommande pour un séjour de repos , possibilité de louer une voiture , excursions , plongée sous marine ect le soleil est là !
